- 2 oz ginger ale
- 4-5 mint leaves, plus few for garnish
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 1 tsp organic Matcha
- Crushed ice
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, organic matcha, lime juice and sweetener.
- Mix this until the matcha and your choice of sweetener are incorporated.
- Shake the non-alcoholic matcha mojito mixture with ice and it pour into two glasses.
- Top the cocktail with ginger ale and garnish it with mint leaves.
