• 2 oz ginger ale
  • 4-5 mint leaves, plus few for garnish
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp organic Matcha
  • Crushed ice


  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, organic matcha, lime juice and sweetener.
  2. Mix this until the matcha and your choice of sweetener are incorporated.
  3. Shake the non-alcoholic matcha mojito mixture with ice and it pour into two glasses.
  4. Top the cocktail with ginger ale and garnish it with mint leaves.
